This notice covers the Keystone Commercial Solutions website, business inquiries, and Keystone client portal. Contact Daquann Barrett with questions about information you share with Keystone.

Information you provide

The Opportunity Scan form asks for your name, company, business email, primary service, and market served. Phone, website, and a description of your goals are optional. We use those details to review fit, prepare a high-level scan, respond, and arrange an owner conversation.

Scheduling and correspondence can include your contact details, meeting time, messages, and meeting notes. For an engagement, records may also include approved users, business contacts, opportunity and account activity, deadlines, documents, and approvals added by you or Keystone. We use them to coordinate the agreed work and provide access assistance.

Only share information you are authorized to provide. Do not put passwords, bank details, tax identifiers, confidential customer records, or contract files in the website inquiry form.

Where information is handled

Netlify hosts this website and stores submitted forms. Form notifications send the request details to Keystone's business email, which uses Gmail. Google Calendar and Meet support scheduling and meetings; Google AppSheet, Sheets, and Drive support client workspace records and documents.

Keystone also uses AI-assisted tools, including Google and OpenAI services, to help organize business information and prepare drafts. Information needed for those tasks may be processed by those providers. AI-assisted drafts do not authorize a client commitment.

Keystone and the providers operating these services handle information for these activities. Within an engagement, relevant information may be shared with the client contacts or other recipients authorized for the agreed work, or when required by applicable law.

Provider services and technical information

Hosting, booking, sign-in, and other service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, cookies, and account activity. Their handling depends on the service and account settings. See the Netlify Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy, and OpenAI Privacy Policy for their notices. These links do not replace Keystone's responsibility for its own handling of information.

Your choices and requests

You can contact Keystone by email or phone instead of the form. To stop sales follow-ups, reply asking us to stop or contact Daquann. For an active engagement, necessary service communications may still be needed.

Contact us to ask what information we hold or to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and authority for business records. Records may exist in email, forms, documents, and backups; a request does not automatically remove every copy. Any information that needs to be kept for an ongoing agreement or an applicable obligation will be considered when responding.

Client access and privacy concerns

Use only your approved account and share documents through the method agreed with Keystone. If you see unexpected information or believe access has been misused, stop using that information and contact us. Do not forward it or send passwords.
